Dr. Kalia M. Reynolds serves as the Deputy Superintendent and Chief Academic Officer of the West Chester Area School District. With a career spanning roles as a special education teacher, assistant principal, principal, and elementary director, she brings extensive experience in supporting students and educators. Dr. Reynolds earned her doctoral degree in educational leadership from the University of Delaware, a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Temple University, and a bachelor’s degree in special education and psychology from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. Her leadership is guided by a commitment to fostering student success, strengthening school communities, and ensuring all learners have the support they need to thrive.
