The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth (TLC) partners with clients for grant writing, grant administration, and research and development services.
TLC works with clients to identify funding sources to enhance existing initiatives or provide new initiatives and assists in the submission of federal, state, and local grant applications in the fields of education, coaching, and counseling.
In partnership with districts, community-based organizations, and consulting firms, TLC has successfully helped clients receive funding from numerous grant funding sources, including:
- Gaining Early Awareness and Readiness for Undergraduate Programs (GEAR UP)
- School Climate Transformation Grant (SCTG)
- Students, Teachers, Officers Preventing (STOP) School Violence (SVV) Grant
- Victims of Crime Act (VOCA)
- School Safety and Security
- Community Violence Prevention/Reduction Initiative
- Pew Charitable Trusts
- Brandywine Health Foundation
- HealthSpark Foundation
TLC can help alleviate the administrative and grant reporting tasks for districts and organizations by providing project administration support. TLC staff are credentialed project managers and have over 30+ years of experience in administering grants.
TLC partners with two consulting firms that provide research and evaluation services in order to demonstrate grant efficacy. These firms collect, analyze, and report data based upon grant goals and objectives. Whether the program is straightforward or complex, they customize their evaluations plan to meet the specific needs of the grant. Metrics are used for program implementation and outcome variables, and both qualitative and quantitative measures are utilized.
