Art therapy allows students to use art to speak for them and can help provide the self-confidence to share their experience.
TLC’s therapists use art, music, movement, and other creative approaches to help students express emotions, build coping skills, and develop resilience. These evidence-based therapies are offered in both individual and group settings—support student well-being while also strengthening a school’s capacity to address social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
