Crime Victim Services
Heather’s Hope delivers free, mobile counseling, art therapy, and support services to Montgomery County residents impacted by crime—meeting clients where they are, whether at home, in the community, or at TLC offices.
Intercept Program
Using an evidence-based, trauma-informed model, Intercept provides intensive in-home services to CPS-involved families, focusing on crisis stabilization, reunification, and emotional and behavioral support for children from infancy through age 18.
Responder Support Services
TLC offers trauma-informed training, wellness programs, and critical incident support tailored to first responders. Services improve de-escalation, reduce risk, and increase officer resilience, retention, and readiness.
Mobile Counseling
TLC offers mobile, trauma-informed counseling and case management services for families and individuals, including DUI intervention, homemaker support, substance use education, supervised visitation, and private-pay therapy for children and adults.
Substance Abuse Education
TLC’s SAEDR program provides trauma-informed counseling for adults and families experiencing homelessness, using evidence-based interventions to reduce substance use, support recovery, and promote emotional regulation and long-term stability.
