GEAR UP provides multi-year funding to support low-income student cohorts with college and career readiness programs, academic enrichment, and family engagement—starting in middle school and continuing through high school graduation.
Creative Arts Therapy
TLC provides evidence-based creative arts therapy in schools to support student mental health. Through art, music, and movement, students develop coping skills and emotional insight, while schools strengthen their social-emotional support systems.
Substance Abuse Education
The SAEDR program, funded by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, uses Seeking Safety to deliver trauma-informed prevention and intervention services for adolescents, reducing substance use and promoting resilience in partnership with school districts.
Safer Communities
With Stronger Connections Grant funding, TLC offers in-school counseling and family engagement support to boost student wellness, reduce behavioral challenges, and enhance academic and emotional outcomes.
Violence Intervention and Prevention (VIP)
The VIP program expands school-based mental health services in Pottstown, providing trauma-informed counseling and violence prevention through a partnership with Eastern University to support student healing and safety.
