G. Thomas Freeman, PhD
Dr. GT Freeman is the current President & CEO of The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth. GT joined TLC in February 2017 with the goal of raising the profile of the agency, developing new programs and delivery channels, and expanding its geographical reach, while maintaining its mission-driven culture to transform lives and communities – one moment, one choice, one connection at a time.
GT has more than 20 years of experience in Fortune 100 corporations, small businesses, and nonprofits as both consultant and leader. Prior to joining TLC, GT served as the Program Director of Executive Education at North Carolina State University and Lead Evaluator for two US Department of Education grants. He also served as the Headmaster of a private K-12 school in Charlotte, NC. Earlier in his career, he held various senior leadership positions in corporate finance, banking, and insurance. GT has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at a number of universities.
GT earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, a Master in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. GT is also a Certified Professional Facilitator, Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt, Board Certified Coach (BCC), and Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).
GT and Heather, spouse of 28 years, have three adult children and two grandchildren. GT enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and serving in his church.
Michael Quintiliano, MBA
Michael joined TLC in 2018, and serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at The Lincoln Center. Since joining the team in 2018, Michael has been pivotal in strengthening the organization’s financial health and operational efficiency. With expertise in finance, accounting, and real estate, he has skillfully managed TLC’s budget, optimized costs, and maximized revenue streams, leading to program expansion and increased impact. His strategic leadership has long-term sustainability and enabling it to continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of families and youth.
Michael obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia Southwestern State University and his Master of Business Administration from West Chester University. He also serves as the Treasurer on Expressive Path’s Board of Directors and as a Finance Committee Member of Trellis for Tomorrow.
In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, attending Philadelphia sporting events, and golfing.
Andrea Griffith, MS
Andrea Griffith, who joined TLC in 2022, is the Chief Development Officer and oversees TLC’s grant writing services and management. Andrea is committed to supporting the mission of TLC through innovative new program development strategies and a strong focus on building and maintaining meaningful community partnerships.
Andrea has over 15 years of experience in development, working in local and national nonprofit organizations. Andrea is responsible for identifying, securing and managing the allocation of grants to meet the ever-expanding needs to TLC.
Andrea earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Scranton and her master’s degree in Health Promotion from the University of Delaware. She received her Certified Fundraising Executive certification in 2023.
April Thomas, M.Ed
April is TLC’s Chief Schools Officer and the Educational Director of TLC’s Leadership Academies. April joined TLC in 2019, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in schools in Pennsylvania. Her experiences span private schools, traditional districts, charter schools, and alternative schools. Her school leadership experience began as an administrator at an alternative school in Philadelphia, and continued as an Assistant Principal of School Culture at Mastery Charter Schools in Philadelphia, PA. Before joining TLC, April was the Principal/CEO at the Widener Partnership Charter School in Chester, PA. She holds PA Certifications in Reading (K-12), English (7-12), and as a Principal (K-12).
April earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Millersville University. She holds master’s degrees in both Reading and Educational Leadership and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Gwynedd Mercy University.
April shares her passion for education in her home community, serving as a member of both the Family and Community Engagement and Diversity committees in her local school district in Chester County, PA. In her free time, April enjoys reading and spending quality time with her husband, Jeff, and their family. She loves being a dance mom, supporting her daughter’s competitive dance team.
Kerri Blakey, MSW, LCSW
Kerri Lynn Blakey, LCSW, is the Senior Vice President of Community-Based Services at TLC. Kerri joined TLC in 2008 as the Director of the Community Counseling Center, where she was tasked with developing of a partnership with a local mental health facility to implement Family Focused Solution-Based Services (FFSBS), the agency’s first Medicaid program. Kerri currently furthers the mission of TLC and oversees all community-based program operations. She has more than 30 years of experience working in the mental health field as well as child and family serving systems. Prior to working at TLC, Kerri worked for almost 14 years at a local residential treatment facility for adolescents with severe mental health and behavioral issues.
Kerri earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Millersville University, a Master in Social Work from Temple University, and a certificate as a Trauma Professional from International Association of Trauma Professionals. Kerri obtained her Pennsylvania clinical social work license in 1994.
Kerri has been married to Greg for 12 years, and they have two children: Greg, Jr. and Justin. They also have three grandchildren, Audrey, Carter, and Devon as well as a dog, Lacey. Kerri enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and spending time in nature. She is also passionate about watching her son play baseball.
Rob D’Alonzo, MA, LPC
Rob D’Alonzo is TLC’s SVP of School-Based Services. Rob joined TLC in 2011 as the Director of the Family Resource Center. He oversaw services with The Office of Children and Youth (OCY) and other community-based services. In addition, Rob was responsible for leading Family Focused Solution Based Services (FFSBS), a partnership with Central Behavioral Health. Later, his role at TLC was expanded to lead the School-Based Services division and to provide direct clinical supervision to all counselors and graduate interns in the agency.
Rob earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Syracuse University in upstate New York and his master’s degree from Antioch University in Santa Barbara, California. Rob currently has a certification as a Trauma Professional from the International Association of Trauma Professionals. Rob has been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania since 2002.
Rob has been married for 24 years, has three amazing children, and two energetic dogs. Rob loves to be active, enjoying biking, hiking, kayaking, and playing tennis. He is also a die-hard Flyers fan.
MaryJo Burchard, PhD
Dr. MaryJo Burchard joined the TLC executive team in May 2024 as the Chief Learning Officer. MaryJo focuses on helping leaders, followers, and teams make tough changes humanely. Her goal is to empower the TLC Education Institute team to curate and deliver immersive, practical, and fun learning experiences that impart the values and skills people need, to embody their unique contribution to transformed lives and communities.
For over 20 years, MaryJo has developed leaders and teams in universities, schools, nonprofits, businesses, and local government. As a Prosci-certified change practitioner and developer of the Change Experience Awareness Profile which assesses immediate needs in rapid change, MaryJo has helped organizations navigate restructures, leadership transitions, and organizational recovery following profound trauma. She was the organizational recovery consultant, trainer, and coach for the City of Virginia Beach after their 2019 municipal complex mass shooting, and developed training resources for counselors and community workers in war-impacted Ukraine.
Prior to her work in corporate and nonprofit settings, she spent four years in local government and over a decade at Fresno Pacific University. She has served as adjunct faculty with several universities and has over 15 years of instructional design and trainer/facilitator mentoring experience. She is also sought-after keynote speaker on belonging, trust, and building change readiness.
MaryJo’s PhD in Organizational Leadership is from Regent University, and her MA in Leadership, graduate certificate in Peacemaking in the Workplace, and BA in Management and Organizational Development are from Fresno Pacific University. MaryJo lives in Virginia Beach, Virginia with her husband of 31 years, Kenny, their son, Victor, and their rotund chihuahua, Stanley.
Sara Dryka, MS, SHRM-SCP
Sara is VP Human Resources, leading TLC’s HR function for 150+ employees working in innovative education, coaching, counseling, and grant writing services for school district and universities.
Sara joined TLC in 2017, bringing many years of experience in HR generalist, managerial, and consultant roles in various industries. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from The University of Delaware and her master’s degree in Human Resource Management from West Chester University. She later obtained HRCI certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and currently holds SHRM certification as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Sara is also a member of National SHRM and the Greater Pottstown SHRM Chapter.
Sara’s community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors of Greater Pottstown SHRM, where she is currently the Board Community Chair. Sara also enjoys being involved with the American Red Cross.
Sara and her husband, Chris, have two daughters: Danica and Rebecca. Sara enjoys spending free time with family and friends, practicing yoga, working on home projects, and having her nose in a good book.
Meghan Keaveny, MS
Meghan joined TLC in 2021, merging her extensive background in clinical psychology with the dynamic field of data analytics. Initially starting her career with a focus on psychological assessment, Meghan transitioned into the nonprofit sector to employ her skills in business intelligence and data analytics in a dynamic environment.
She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of St. Benedict in Minnesota and went on to obtain her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia. Meghan is currently in the process of attaining a second master’s degree in Data Science from Eastern University.
Outside of work, Meghan cherishes moments spent with family, maintains an active lifestyle, and enjoys playing music as a classically trained pianist.
Stella
Stella, TLC’s Chief Morale Officer, is a certified therapy dog who spreads joy to staff and clients alike. Stella has been with TLC since 2019 and provides a vital role in the overall health & well-being of everyone in the office and serves as a bridge of warmth and comfort for clients.
Stella began her journey as a therapy dog at a young age, displaying a unique ability to connect with and comfort those around her. Recognizing her innate gift, Stella underwent rigorous training to become certified, a testament to her dedication and exceptional temperament.
At TLC, Stella plays an integral role in maintaining and uplifting the organization’s spirit. Whether she’s wagging her tail in meetings, offering cuddles during client sessions, or simply being a quiet presence to those in need, Stella ensures that therapy room and workplace are filled with positive vibes and reduced stress levels. Her presence has not only fostered stronger bonds in the therapy room, but also contributed to an overall increase in workplace happiness and productivity.
Outside of her official duties, Stella loves to chase Frisbees, indulge in her favorite treats, and nap in sunny spots. She serves as a reminder of the simple joys in life and the power of unconditional love and companionship. Through her daily acts of kindness and her never-fading spirit, Stella truly embodies the core values of TLC, proving that sometimes, the best colleagues come on four legs.
