Executive Team

Dr. GT Freeman is the current President and CEO of The Lincoln Center for Family and Youth. GT joined TLC in February 2017 with the goal of raising the profile of the agency, developing new programs and delivery channels, and expanding its geographical reach, while maintaining its mission-driven culture to transform lives and communities – one moment, one choice, one connection at a time.

GT has more than 20 years of experience in Fortune 100 corporations, small businesses, and nonprofits as both consultant and leader. Prior to joining TLC, GT served as the Program Director of Executive Education at North Carolina State University and Lead Evaluator for two US Department of Education grants. He also served as the Headmaster of a private K-12 school in Charlotte, NC. Earlier in his career, he held various senior leadership positions in corporate finance, banking, and insurance. GT has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at a number of universities.

GT earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Organizational Leadership from Regent University. GT is also a Certified Professional Facilitator, Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt, Board Certified Coach (BCC), and Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE).

GT and Heather, spouse of 30 years, have three adult children and three grandchildren. GT enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, and serving in his church.

Michael joined TLC in 2018, and serves as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer at The Lincoln Center. Since joining the team in 2018, Michael has been pivotal in strengthening the organization’s financial health and operational efficiency. With expertise in finance, accounting, and real estate, he has skillfully managed TLC’s budget, optimized costs, and maximized revenue streams, leading to program expansion and increased impact. His strategic leadership has long-term sustainability and enabling it to continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of families and youth.

Michael obtained his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia Southwestern State University and his Master of Business Administration from West Chester University. He also serves as the Treasurer on Expressive Path’s Board of Directors and as a Finance Committee Member of Trellis for Tomorrow.

In his free time, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, attending Philadelphia sporting events, and golfing.

Meghan is TLC’s Chief Data Officer. She joined TLC in 2021, merging her extensive background in clinical psychology with the dynamic field of data analytics. Initially starting her career with a focus on psychological assessment, Meghan transitioned into the nonprofit sector to employ her skills in business intelligence and data analytics in a dynamic environment.

She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the College of St. Benedict in Minnesota and went on to obtain her master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, Philadelphia. Meghan is currently in the process of attaining a second master’s degree in Data Analytics from Eastern University.

Outside of work, Meghan cherishes moments spent with family, maintains an active lifestyle, and enjoys playing music as a classically trained pianist.

Sara is Senior Vice President of Human Resources, leading TLC’s HR function for 150+ employees working in innovative education, coaching, counseling, and grant writing services for school district and universities.

Sara joined TLC in 2017, bringing many years of experience in HR generalist, managerial, and consultant roles in various industries. She earned her bachelor’s degree in communications from The University of Delaware and her master’s degree in Human Resource Management from West Chester University. She later obtained HRCI certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and currently holds SHRM certification as a Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP). Sara is also a member of National SHRM and the Greater Pottstown SHRM Chapter.

Sara’s community involvement includes serving on the Board of Directors of Greater Pottstown SHRM, where she is currently the Board Community Chair. Sara also enjoys being involved with the American Red Cross.

Sara and her husband, Chris, have two daughters: Danica and Rebecca. Sara enjoys spending free time with family and friends, practicing yoga, working on home projects, and having her nose in a good book.

Kerri Blakey, LCSW, is the Senior Vice President of Community-Based Services at TLC. Kerri joined TLC in 2008 as the Director of the Community Counseling Center, where she was tasked with developing of a partnership with a local mental health facility to implement Family Focused Solution-Based Services (FFSBS), the agency’s first Medicaid program. Kerri currently furthers the mission of TLC and oversees all community-based program operations. She has more than 30 years of experience working in the mental health field as well as child and family serving systems. Prior to working at TLC, Kerri worked for almost 14 years at a local residential treatment facility for adolescents with severe mental health and behavioral issues.

Kerri earned her bachelor’s degree in Social Work from Millersville University, a Master in Social Work from Temple University, and obtained her Pennsylvania clinical social work license in 1994.

Kerri has been married to Greg for 12 years, and they have two children: Greg, Jr. and Justin. They also have three grandchildren, Audrey, Carter, and Devon as well as a dog, Lacey. Kerri enjoys spending time with family, gardening, and spending time in nature. She is also passionate about watching her son play baseball.

Rob D’Alonzo is the Senior Vice President of School-Based Services. Rob joined TLC in 2011 as the Director of the Family Resource Center. He oversaw services with The Office of Children and Youth (OCY) and other community-based services. In addition, Rob was responsible for leading Family Focused Solution Based Services (FFSBS), a partnership with Central Behavioral Health. Later, his role at TLC was expanded to lead the School-Based Services division and to provide direct clinical supervision to all counselors and graduate interns in the agency.

Rob earned his bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Syracuse University in upstate New York and his master’s degree from Antioch University in Santa Barbara, California and has been a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania since 2002.

Rob has been married for 24 years, has three amazing children, and two energetic dogs. Rob loves to be active, enjoying biking, hiking, kayaking, and playing tennis. He is also a die-hard Flyers fan.

Emily joined TLC in 2023 as the Director of TLC Wellness, bringing her passion for providing accessible, compassionate mental health care. Before joining TLC, Emily worked in the integrated primary care program at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and previously supported youth at risk of out-of-home placement through family-based therapy.

With over 15 years of experience in behavioral health, Emily has worked with people across all ages and stages of life. She earned her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Social Work from Millersville University and became a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in 2015. Emily also holds certifications as a yoga teacher and in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and has specialized training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Emily is passionate about empowering people on their mental health journeys. She loves teaching and spreading awareness about mental health topics, healing centered practices, and strategies for personal growth and resilience. Whether working with individuals who have experienced cognitive or emotional distress or supporting youth struggling in school, Emily approaches each person with empathy and expertise.

Outside of work, Emily treasures time with her family, including her three children. She enjoys sharing her love of horses with her oldest daughter and finding creative ways to keep up with her kids’ boundless energy.

At TLC Wellness and TLC Education Institute, Emily leads with a focus on making mental health care approachable, empowering, and impactful for all.

April is the Senior Vice President of TLC Leadership Academies. April joined TLC in 2019, bringing with her over 20 years of experience in schools in Pennsylvania. Her experiences span private schools, traditional districts, charter schools, and alternative schools. Her school leadership experience began as an administrator at an alternative school in Philadelphia, and continued as an Assistant Principal of School Culture at Mastery Charter Schools in Philadelphia, PA.  Before joining TLC, April was the Principal/CEO at the Widener Partnership Charter School in Chester, PA.  She holds PA Certifications in Reading (K-12), English (7-12), and as a Principal (K-12).

April earned her bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Millersville University. She holds master’s degrees in both Reading and Educational Leadership and is currently pursuing a doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Gwynedd Mercy University.

April shares her passion for education in her home community, serving as a member of both the Family and Community Engagement and Diversity committees in her local school district in Chester County, PA. In her free time, April enjoys reading and spending quality time with her husband, Jeff, and their family. She loves being a dance mom, supporting her daughter’s competitive dance team.
