Stronger Connections, Safer Schools
Funded by the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA) Stronger Connections Grant, TLC provides comprehensive school-based mental health and family support services aimed at improving student well-being, behavior, and academic performance. Mental health professionals deliver individualized and group counseling, while family outreach coordinators work to strengthen family engagement and provide caregivers with tools to better support their children. By integrating mental health support within schools and fostering strong home-school connections, the program creates safer, more supportive environments where students can thrive.
